Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing merchandise displays that align with brand standards and sales goals.

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with VM guidelines and provide feedback on display improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in retail merchandising or a related field (visual merchandising).
  
• Strong understanding of branding principles, fashion trends, and consumer behavior.
  
• Excellent communication skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
• Proficiency in creating visually appealing displays using various materials (e.g., mannequins, props) within budget constraints.
