Job Description
As a Graph SQL Engineer at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing graph database solutions. Your expertise will help drive data insights and support advanced data analysis needs across the organization. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to create efficient and scalable graph database structures that meet the company's data processing requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain graph database models and solutions using SQL and graph database technologies such as Neo4j or Amazon Neptune.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate graph databases into existing data architectures.
- Optimize graph database queries for performance and scalability.
- Implement data ingestion and ETL processes to populate and update graph databases.
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of graph database systems.
- Conduct data analysis and generate insights from graph data to support business needs.
- Develop and enforce best practices for graph database design, development, and maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders regarding graph database technologies.
- Stay current with the latest developments in graph database technologies and SQL.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with graph database technologies such as Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or similar.
- Strong understanding of graph theory and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with data ingestion and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex database issues.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used with graph databases, such as Python or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in database development, with at least 1-2 years specifically in graph database technologies.
- Experience in optimizing database performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
