Job Description

Job Summary

As an HR Specialist at WN Infotech, you will be an integral part of the HR team, responsible for managing various human resources functions. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to contribute to the success and growth of our organization.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and conducting background checks.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on benefit options.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related
