Job Description
As an HR Specialist at WN Infotech, you will be an integral part of the HR team, responsible for managing various human resources functions. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. - Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and conducting background checks.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition and retention.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on benefit options.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Interpret and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related
