Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Mobile UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile applications across both Android and iOS platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences. Your designs will shape the way users interact with our mobile products, ensuring both functionality and beauty are at the forefront.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Design Mobile Interfaces: Create engaging and user-centric mobile UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets for Android and iOS applications.

User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights into user behaviors and preferences.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended and meet the projects goals.

Maintain Design Consistency: Ensure that UI/UX standards, guidelines, and patterns are consistently followed across all mobile platforms and devices.

Responsive Design: Develop designs that adapt to different screen sizes, orientations, and device capabilities.

Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability testing and feedback loops to iterate on design improvements.

Create Prototypes: Build interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and improve communication with stakeholders.

Stay Updated with Trends: Continuously research and implement the latest mobile design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in design practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

Strong understanding of mobile design principles and trends, including responsive design and adaptive layouts.

Experience in creating high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI assets.

Knowledge of human-centered design principles and experience conducting usability testing.

Familiarity with front-end development processes, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, is a plus.

Understanding of mobile app development lifecycle and working closely with development teams.

Strong portfolio showcasing mobile UI/UX design projects, with an emphasis on mobile app design.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in mobile UI/UX design with a focus on designing mobile applications for Android and iOS.
Proven experience working in an agile development environment.
A strong portfolio that highlights previous work in mobile design, including mobile app UI/UX design and prototyping.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
