Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with expertise in AI/ML to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate will work on developing and deploying machine learning models, building robust data pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation. You will play a critical role in crafting intelligent solutions to solve complex real-world problems.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain efficient Python-based applications tailored for AI and ML.

Build and deploy machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Design and optimize scalable data pipelines for preprocessing, training, and inference tasks.

Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.

Analyze and process large datasets to extract actionable insights.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in ML models and their integration with applications.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and suggest relevant tools and methodologies.

Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance of AI/ML solutions through best practices, including version control, testing, and code reviews.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Programming Skills : Strong proficiency in Python and associated libraries (NumPy, pandas, etc. ).

Machine Learning Frameworks : Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn.

Data Handling : Proficiency in working with structured and unstructured data, including experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying ML models.

Version Control : Experience using Git and related workflows.

Visualization : Competence in creating insightful visualizations using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenging AI/ML tasks.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts.

Qualification & Experience Required

Educational Background : Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience :

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Python programming and machine learning.
Proven experience in end-to-end development and deployment of AI/ML solutions.

Certifications (Preferred) : Certifications in AI/ML, such as TensorFlow Developer Certificate or AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty.
