Job Description

Job Summary

As a UX/UI Designer at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with our development and product teams to understand user requirements and design solutions that enhance user experience and drive user engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design of innovative digital products and collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Design user interfaces that adhere to best practices in usability and accessibility.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and incorporate them into our design processes.
Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Experience with conducting user research and usability testing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role.
Portfolio of previous design projects demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
