Job Description
As an ETL Developer at Web Neural Infotech, you will design, develop, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure seamless data integration and availability across the organization s systems. Your role will involve building robust data pipelines, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and ensuring the quality and scalability of data workflows. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and developers to support AI, ML, and Big Data-driven projects.
This role is open to freshers with a strong understanding of ETL concepts and experienced professionals eager to work on innovative data solutions.
- ETL Process Design : Develop and maintain ETL workflows to extract data from diverse sources, transform it into meaningful formats, and load it into target systems.
- Data Integration : Integrate data from relational databases, NoSQL databases, APIs, and third-party platforms into centralized data repositories.
- Performance Optimization : Optimize ETL processes to handle large datasets efficiently, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Data Quality : Implement data validation, cleansing, and enrichment procedures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of datasets.
- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve ETL process failures, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaboration : Work closely with data architects, analysts, and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation of ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows.
- Compliance and Security : Ensure ETL workflows adhere to data governance, privacy, and security standards.
- Education : Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related fields.
- Certifications (Preferred) :
- Certifications like AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty , Informatica Certified Developer , or equivalent.
- Experience :
- Freshers with strong foundational knowledge of ETL processes and hands-on project experience are encouraged to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in ETL development or a related role is preferred.
