Job Description
The Compliance Officer at WN Infotech will be responsible for ensuring that the company operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations. - Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance programs.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas of non-compliance.
- Investigate and respond to compliance violations or concerns.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with legal counsel on compliance issues.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable policies.
- Experience in conducting audits and investigations.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
- Professional certification in compliance (e. g. , Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional - CCEP) preferred.
- Experience working in the technology industry is a plus.
