Job Description
The Compliance Officer at WN Infotech will be responsible for ensuring that the company operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations. They will develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. - Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance programs.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas of non-compliance.
- Investigate and respond to compliance violations or concerns.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with legal counsel on compliance issues.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable policies.
- Experience in conducting audits and investigations.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
- Professional certification in compliance (e. g. , Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional - CCEP) preferred.
- Experience working in the technology industry is a plus.
