Job Summary

Web Neural Infotech is looking for an experienced Machine Learning Trainer to lead training sessions and help professionals master machine learning concepts and techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and real-world applications. As a Machine Learning Trainer , you will create and deliver training content, including hands-on exercises and case studies, to help students understand the fundamentals and advanced concepts of machine learning.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Design and deliver comprehensive machine learning training programs, covering topics such as supervised and unsupervised learning , classification , regression , clustering , neural networks , model optimization , and evaluation .

Develop and deliver hands-on exercises, coding assignments, and real-world case studies to reinforce theoretical concepts.

Teach popular machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow , Keras , scikit-learn , and PyTorch .

Guide students through the process of building machine learning models, from data preprocessing to model training and evaluation.

Provide mentorship and personalized feedback to students, helping them apply machine learning techniques to solve practical business problems.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in machine learning and update training materials accordingly.

Evaluate the progress of students through quizzes, projects, and assignments, and provide constructive feedback.

Create a collaborative, interactive, and engaging learning environment to encourage active participation and knowledge sharing.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proficiency in machine learning concepts and algorithms such as linear regression , decision trees , random forests , SVM , K-means clustering , neural networks , and others.

Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow , Keras , scikit-learn , PyTorch , and XGBoost .

Strong knowledge of Python , including libraries like NumPy , Pandas , Matplotlib , and Seaborn for data manipulation and visualization.

Experience with data preprocessing , feature engineering , and model evaluation techniques (e. g. , cross-validation, hyperparameter tuning).

Familiarity with deep learning concepts and frameworks (e. g. , CNNs , RNNs , LSTMs ) is a plus.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for learners at various skill levels.

Ability to build an interactive and engaging learning environment for hands-on training.

Qualification & Experience Required

Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Level: Open to freshers with strong theoretical knowledge of machine learning and experienced candidates with practical experience in teaching and implementation.

Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models for business or research purposes.

Prior experience in training, mentoring, or conducting workshops on machine learning is preferred.
