Job Description
JD-Position: Service now testerRole:
- ServiceNow Tester
- • 5+ years of Experience in Testing ServiceNow Applications and Modules
- • An individual who focuses on validating that the platform functionality works as expected
- • Possesses knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and applications and how theyre used internally and can interpret and validate technical specifications and designs
- • Understands ITIL Process, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge Management Process
- • Experience in Testing Integration with ServiceNow.
- • Validates the application functionality built by developer(s) and the system administrator
- • Creates test plans and coordinates test activities, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing
- • Coordinates customer testing activities, including the test plan, test cases, and test execution
