About Wishlink

Wishlink is a well-funded, early-stage startup, on a mission to shape the creator economy and change how people shop. Our mission is to build a hyper-personalized shopping experience for every user, which is creator-led, so that every user can get exactly what they are looking for. We are on a mission to define new charters at the intersection of two of the most prominent aspects of the internet - e-commerce and social media.

Team and Investors

We re 3 founders, Chandan , Shaurya , and Divyansh , with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series A round of $7M, led by Fundamentum Elevation Capital.

They need curation, and they need trusted reviews - which is what Wishlink is bringing with the help of content creators. In just 2 years of existence, Wishlink is used by over 900k users daily to discover and shop products online. This number has grown over 3x in the last 4 months.

Growth Opportunity

We have grown remarkably in the last 4 months and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 150cr. We are working with over 10,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, HM, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more.

What would you be doing

1. Own, develop and execute strategies for scalable, one-to-many interactions with a large set of creators
2. Oversee revenue operations and lead creator teams to ensure effective collaboration, team productivity, and alignment with revenue goals
3. Manage community interactions like community forums, webinars and figure out new interaction platforms to drive action
4. Collect, analyse, and interpret data across key metrics to support reliable insights and informed decision-making
5. Own and evaluate the impact of scaled interactions on revenue growth, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments as needed
6. Continuously evaluate and refine engagement and community management processes, implementing best practices to support scalability, productivity, and operational efficiency
7. Recognise and address challenges in community and account management, experiment product led solutions with a focus on building scalable solutions

What are we looking for

If you are a content creator yourself or have worked closely in the social media space - we like you already :)

1. 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
2. Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, community management or a similar role within a SaaS or technology company
3. Strong proficiency in analytical tools and languages like SQL(Mandatory)
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. Ideal candidate would be a Community Operations Manager or a Revenue Operations or Program Manager
