Hiring For Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Work directly with COO & Business Operations to help manage and align day to day business operations
• Sharing daily MIS
• Start to end tracking of task assigned to get timely delivery
• Communicate via email/calls with our clients for the smooth functioning of shoot operations
• Manage vendor operations
• Coordinating with all internal & external departments and making sure of timely closure of client shoots
• Processing forms, applications, and documents of customers and brands

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good in google - sheets, excel, presentations etc
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Must be detail and solutions-oriented
• Ready to go to the field to get the work done as and when required
• Any graduate or undergraduate can apply
• 1+ years of experience
