Lead and manage high-impact strategic projects from inception to completion. Operational Support
Assist the founders in managing daily operations, ensuring optimal use of their time and resources.
Oversee scheduling, preparation of meeting agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Cross-Departmental Coordination
Act as a conduit for communication and collaboration across departments.
Identify and address operational inefficiencies to streamline processes. Growth Initiatives
Spearhead initiatives aimed at scaling business operations and achieving growth targets.
Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to uncover opportunities for business expansion. Problem Solving
Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide actionable insights supporting executive decision-making.
Analyze departmental challenges and provide effective, data-driven solutions.
Use analytical tools and methodologies to assess and resolve operational challenges. Executive Reporting
Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and regular updates for the executive team.
Track and monitor the progress of key initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Special Projects
Undertake special assignments and ad hoc projects as directed by the founders.
Provide strategic support in the planning and execution of high-priority initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA from a leading institution (IIMs, XLRI, MDI, IIFT, etc.).
- 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
