About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial management, accounting, taxation, and investment portfolio handling for our flagship company and the personal finances of our promoter family. This role demands an expert in corporate and individual taxation, financial reporting, and strategic investment management.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Accounting:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records of the companys head office and associated entities.
• Monitor daily transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for tax return filing and assessment monitoring with consultants.

Personal Account Management:

• Oversee and maintain accurate records of the promoter familys personal accounts.
• Track daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively.

Investment Accounting:

• Manage and oversee the familys investment portfolios, including stocks, bonds, real estate, and other assets.
• Track investment performance and generate detailed reports.
• Ensure accurate recording of investment transactions and valuation.

Tax Return Filing:

• Prepare and file personal income tax returns for the promoter family.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of tax documents.
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and advise on tax-efficient investment strategies.

Index Balancing & Financial Accuracy:

• Regularly review and balance financial indexes for accurate reporting.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in account balances and financial statements.

Income Tax Support:

• Provide comprehensive support for all income tax-related matters.
• Liaise with tax authorities and manage audits or inquiries.
• Stay updated on tax law changes and advise on compliance strategies.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Provide valuable insights and financial recommendations to the promoter family and management.

Mandatory Skills:

• Direct Taxation, Corporate & Individual Taxation
• Income Tax & IT Returns
• Balance Sheet Finalization
• Investment Portfolio Management

Other Requirements:

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial data.
