Transition Lead For Life Science Account - Kolkata

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end transition activities for life sciences accounts, ensuring seamless handover from one service provider to another.
  
• Develop and execute comprehensive transition plans, including SLA management, process automation, and stakeholder engagement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes during the transition period.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the transition process.
  
• Provide project management expertise to lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-11 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on Life Sciences or Healthcare domain.
  
• Strong understanding of PMP, Prince2, PMO methodologies; knowledge of Service Delivery Management (SDM), RFPS/RFIS/RFQ/SOW processes preferred.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with customers; strong problem-solving skills required.
