Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for identifying, appointing, and managing channel partners across the IMEA & SEA regions, targeting industries such as FMCG, Consumer Durables, and other relevant sectors for new sales with and through them.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with channel partners to drive mutual growth and success.
- Define and implement partner programs, including incentives, training, and support to ensure partners are equipped to sell the company's Sales Automation and Distribution Management Systems effectively.
- Work closely with channel partners to understand their business models, objectives, and challenges, offering tailored solutions and support.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance regularly, ensuring alignment with company goals and taking corrective actions as needed to maximize sales potential.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development, Marketing, Finance) to ensure that partners have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to keep partners updated on product offerings, market trends, and sales strategies.
- Drive partner engagement and participation in marketing campaigns, events, and other promotional activities to increase market penetration.
- Manage the partner lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing management and termination, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas by driving channel partner performance and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Travel as needed across the IMEA region to meet with partners, provide support, and drive business development.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post-graduate from a reputed institution.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in channel sales management within the technology/software solutions industry.
- Proven track record of appointing and managing channel partners in the IMEA & SEA region, with a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics and partner ecosystem.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and motivate partners to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to align partner strategies with company objectives.
- Ability to plan & scale-up a channel network individually operating with entrepreneur mindset.
- Experience in sales of Sales Automation and Distribution Management Systems is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
