Job Summary:

- We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with proven experience in the Arenas or Event Venues industry to lead marketing strategies, drive audience engagement, and enhance brand visibility.

- The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing, sponsorships, partnerships, and event promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive footfall, sponsorships, and event ticket sales.

- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, and paid ads.

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with sponsors, media houses, and influencers.

- Oversee brand positioning, PR, and communication strategies to enhance market presence.

- Collaborate with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams for successful marketing execution.

- Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Key Requirements:

- Mandatory experience in the Arenas / Event Venues industry.

- 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in event promotions, venue marketing, or related fields.

- Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software is a plus.
