Role Overview:
- As the Ideation Head, you will be responsible for leading the development of groundbreaking creative concepts and strategies that drive brand activation campaigns.
- You will collaborate with top brands, inspire a multidisciplinary team, and craft experiences that leave a lasting impact in the ever-evolving world of marketing and branding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization & Execution: Develop innovative concepts and execute creative strategies that enhance brand engagement.
- Creative Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, strategists, and creatives to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Brand Activation: Design and oversee brand activation campaigns that resonate with target audiences and create memorable experiences.
- Strategic Thinking: Work closely with stakeholders to align creative solutions with business objectives and market trends.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and client teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors to drive forward-thinking strategies.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background: MBA in Marketing, Branding, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Proven track record in creative ideation, brand strategy, and execution.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and mentor teams while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
Branding Expertise: Deep understanding of brand activation, campaign development, and experiential marketing.
Strategic Vision: Ability to think big, innovate, and drive impactful brand experiences
