Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and identify potential clients.
• Effectively communicate the companys products or services to prospective clients, emphasizing value and benefits.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine and execute outreach strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a business development or telemarketing role, with expertise in cold calling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively.
• Resilient and self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset.
