Timings: 8 PM to 6AM IST (US Shift), 6 Days a week.

Offer: INR 6.8L (4.8L Fixed + 2L Performance based)

Role Overview:
Wiingy is seeking enthusiastic and motivated professionals to join our pre-sales team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers based in the US who have expressed an interest in our tutoring services. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their tutoring needs, provide relevant information, and schedule free trial demo lessons with the most suitable tutors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to leads who have shown interest in Wiingys tutoring services.
• Engage leads in meaningful conversations to identify their learning requirements and match them to the right tutoring solutions.
• Schedule free trial demo lessons with appropriate tutors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Share valuable feedback and insights with the team to improve processes and customer engagement strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer outreach, sales, or telecalling, preferably for the US market.
• Familiarity with an American accent or previous experience working with US clients is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage, build rapport, and persuade customers.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to learning.
• Willingness to work US shift timings (office-based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru).
• Professional phone etiquette and a customer-focused mindset.
