The job roles and responsibilities are,
➤ Manage the assigned accounts effectively and work with them to improve their business.
➤ Overall support services Ensure quality of service is met as per organization guidelines.
➤ Manage Inbound and outbound calls as per the business requirements.
➤ Identify and assess customers needs to achieve customer satisfaction (CSAT).
➤ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods-tools to achieve first call resolution.
➤ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits- follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
➤ Upsell our technology products to build the foodhub ecosystem to our clients.
➤ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Ensure GDPR compliance is adhered to all the time.
➤ Be flexible to work in all shifts aligned by the organization Requirements
Requirements
The candidate should have the below skill sets,
➤ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
➤ Attention to details and the ability to work under pressure.
➤ Be a fast learner, team player, and should have a result-oriented approach
➤ Be able to communicate at all levels and have an eye on the core deliverables
➤ Be organized, confident, positive, reliable, and should be able to meet the KPI's set by the leadership.
➤ Should be flexible to work 24-7 rotational shifts
