Vice President - Marketing
On a look for Senior Vice President to work with an award winning brand.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, which would include:
- Create a marketing strategy to build brand perception, including conducting market research.
- Execute the marketing strategy and own creation of marketing programs to acquire new customers.
- Own all key traffic drivers for the category, and work as a category advocate with central traffic teams.
- Conceptualize, design, and execute online and offline marketing initiatives to extend awareness.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to continuously maximize ROI.
- Understand and use performance metrics to guide decision making.
- Act as the 'business owner', possessing a strong understanding of internal and external variables that impact our business.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, to deliver results.
Qualification: MBA or master's degree in the relevant domain.
Skills and Competencies:
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following skills and attributes:
- 12 years of demonstrable experience in B2B marketing.
- Experience in overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience in analyzing marketing campaigns & traffic patterns to determine and optimize performance.
- Proven experience in growth marketing for revenue generation.
- Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization and gain support for initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
- Comfortable manipulating data and reporting it to the C-Level executive team.
- Experience with Email and Affiliate marketing, Social Media, SEO, and Digital Advertising.
- Proven experience in managing performance and lead generating campaigns.
- Proven experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
- Prior team management experience required, preferably in an international or multinational setting spanning different regions.
- Work experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus.
- Hubspot certifications or experience is a plus.
- Arabic skills are is also a plus.
