Job Description

- On a look for an Lead Frontend Developer ( reactjs) to work with a leading marketing agency in Pune.

- We are now looking for a highly skilled and creative UI Designer, with ideal combination of logical and emotional design thinking, as we expand our digital and online design team.

- The ideal candidate should have an extensive experience in HTML, CSS, JS and JQuery; exposure to component-based design systems; an eye for clean and artful designs; excellent interface and interaction design skills along with clear understanding of user psychology and behavior.

- Your skill set should include strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, JS and JQuery, proven interface design skills, experience in creating prototypes, and working with component-based design systems.

- You should have designed working prototypes and interfaces for desktop and mobile apps, dashboards, online tools, websites, portals, intranet and other online communication materials.

- You possess excellent technical and visual design skills with sensitivity to user-device interaction.

- You are up-to-date with the latest UX and UI technologies, techniques and trends.

- You are expected to have a high level of conceptual ability with efficient methodology to be able to redefine designs within the constraints of cost and time.

- You need to be excited by the prospect of pushing design in new directions.

- You should be able to manage your time effectively to be able to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once in the most efficient manner.

- You possess the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

- You are detail oriented and nothing gets overlooked when it comes to you.

- You can take full ownership of a job and drive its deliverables and client communication, along with coordination between different stakeholders and team members.

Key Skills / Educational requirements :

- Advanced knowledge in HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery.

- Experience in working with component-based design system is must.

- Proficiency in Adobe CC.

- Excellent ideation, visualization and design execution skills.

- Good command over English.

- Good presentations skills.

- A keen eye for style and fast turn-around on tasks with attention to detail is a must.

- Understanding in UX design is an added advantage.

- Strong ownership and integrity are must to work independently and be self-driven to find solutions to challenges.

- Ability to drive the work and coordinate with different stakeholders throughout PLC.

- Ability to work under tight-deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.

- We work in a PC environment so you should be comfortable using Windows.

Education and Experience.

- Graduate with Computer Science or related subjects.

- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Lead reactjs role with strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery with exposure to component-based design systems.
