As a Team Leader Sales Telecalling, you will oversee a team of telecallers, ensuring they meet targets while also actively engaging in pre-sales activities. Your role will involve training, monitoring, and motivating the team while handling key accounts and driving sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales telecallers to achieve lead generation and conversion targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance through key metrics (calls, follow-ups, lead conversions).
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to enhance telecalling effectiveness.
- Implement strategies to improve call quality, customer interactions, and conversion rates.
- Actively participate in lead generation through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Engage potential customers, understand their requirements, and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule and coordinate product demo meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate lead tracking, follow-ups, and data entry in the CRM system.
- Develop and refine telecalling scripts to improve customer engagement and conversions.
- Work closely with the sales team to align pre-sales efforts with business goals.
- Coordinate with marketing to support campaigns and generate quality leads.
- Provide insights on customer responses and market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Assist in developing pre-sales training materials and sales enablement tools.
