Job Description
- Operational Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the healthcare branch, including staffing, budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure the branch operates in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment for both patients and staff.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate branch staff, including healthcare providers, support staff, and administrative personnel.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and productive work culture.
- Ensure staff are properly trained on patient care protocols, policies, and safety procedures.
- Financial Management:
- Oversee the financial performance of the branch, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and cost control.
- Monitor billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely processing of claims.
- Implement strategies to improve cost-efficiency without compromising quality care.
- Patient Care and Satisfaction:
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service are met, addressing patient concerns or complaints as needed.
- Implement and monitor patient satisfaction initiatives to improve service delivery.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and effective communication with patients regarding their care plans.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the branch adheres to all healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of healthcare services to ensure continuous improvement in service quality and compliance.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance to senior management, including financial, operational, and patient satisfaction metrics.
- Act as the liaison between the branch and corporate leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational goals.
- Marketing and Community Engagement:
- Develop strategies to promote the branchs services within the local community and among healthcare networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and local organizations to drive business growth.
