WheelsEye - Regional Business Head (8-15 yrs)

Core Experiences:

1. 8-12 years of experience in managing a distributor-led sales business (100Cr + Monthly Revenue/GMV) for a Geographical Cluster/Region.

2. Must have built and led a large team (10-50) of ASMs/ Key Account Managers.

3. Managing Distribution Models involving distributor led sales involving primary, secondary and tertiary sales targets

4. Oversee Financial planning and P&L driven planning.

5. Must have optimized Sales plan around CAC and Sales Productivity.

6. Must have worked and Managed team through efficient CRM tools and should have leveraged the data to make Sales Decisions
