WheelsEye is a hyper-growth tech logistics startup. We started in 2017 with the idea to empower the Truck Fleet Owners, and enable them and their business via technology. We started off as a GPS tracking company and today we have created an entire ecosystem of services aimed at transforming truck logistics in India. We aim to provide fleet owners with a one-stop platform for all their needs: GPS, Fastag, Fuel tracking, Marketplace, and more.

Role - Senior Recruiter (Non Tech)
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring right talent is available at the right time for Sales/Finance/Strategy/Business functions.
2. Building strong funnel via multiple modes (Naukri/ LinkedIn/ Instahyre/ referral) incl evaluating new modes for quicker and better talent/ ensuring quick TAT for funnel closure/ ensuring selection and ensuring quick closure with all stakeholders- independent working required to reach out to all stakeholders
3. Ability to close 4-5 joining per month for mid senior and leadership roles
4. Ensuring cost of recruitment is as per plan,by exploring existing & new platforms for sourcing (Naukri/ LinkedIn/ Instahyre/ Referral/ Others)
5. Ensuring all recruitment processes are adhered to for each position worked upon- Detailed JDs/ Interview Rounds/ Feedback closure
Core skills:
1. Business Understanding: Recruiters should have a deep understanding of the various functions/ roles they hire for in corporate sales, finance, HR, legal etc. They should know the required skills, qualifications for these roles basis requirements and the right potential talent pool (companies) to tap into for quick closure and industry trends for these positions.
2. Recruitment Understanding: The ability to proactively identify and attract passive and active candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms.
3. Execution Excellence: Knowing which companies to tap into to get the right talent/ screening the profiles effectively via resume screening/ candidate discussions to produce the most relevant profiles to the business/ bringing shortlisted profiles to a closure ASAP to build recruitment efficiency
4. Stakeholder Management : Ability to manage independently diverse stakeholders across functions and seniority levels along with candidates with an objective to close the positions in the fastest and best possible way while also taking care of candidate experience
5. Communication: Good articulation and English communication skills
Key Experience:
1. Overall experience of 4-8 years in Corporate Recruitment(Sales/Business/Strategy/Ops/Finance/Legal) as a full time recruiter
2. Should have experience in closing 4-6 joining (6-8 selections) per month for at least 12 months in corporate for CTC above 50 Lakhs
3. Should have done end to end stakeholder management for positions closure with both business and candidate
