About the Role

Join our Marketing function as a driver of strategic initiatives that amplify the success of our marketing and enablement efforts. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to work on impactful projects across a B2B SaaS marketing team, with a unique focus on making technology successful and improving operational efficiency. Designed as a launchpad, this role provides a strong foundation for transitioning into a specialized marketing or enablement role after one year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the rollout of new sales and marketing enablement software to enhance cross-functional efficiency.
• Drive website optimization efforts to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing leaders on brand positioning updates and messaging consistency across channels.
• Support the implementation of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for targeted growth.
• Analyze and refine internal marketing workflows for improved scalability and operational excellence.
• Partner with analytics teams to measure marketing ROI and identify actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Key Focus area:

• Technology Success: Lead the rollout and adoption of sales and marketing enablement tools to drive cross-functional collaboration and efficiency.
• Lead Inflow/Quality Optimization: Execute initiatives or identify AI-based tools to enhance lead quality and increase conversion rates.
• Brand Messaging Consistency: Collaborate with marketing leaders to refine brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Unlock Sales/Partner Success Through Insights: Uncover winning strategies and success stories and transform them into compelling, easy-to-use playbooks and resources that empower the sales team to close deals with confidence.
• Operational Excellence: Analyze and optimize sales/marketing workflows to improve scalability, reduce inefficiencies, and support growth objectives.
• Data Insights: Partner with analytics teams to evaluate sales-marketing performance, uncover actionable insights, and inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 3 5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or related roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects with measurable success.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on learning and growth in a dynamic setting.
