Job Description

Contribute in deploying the integrated leadership framework of the organization through primary and secondary research and prepare roadmap for establishing clear linkages with other talent management processes.

Congregate the leadership training needs for specific Bands, by thorough analysis on the available data points like Appraisal data, Assessments etc Manage effectiveness of leadership development programs year-on-year through constant feedback from relevant stakeholders (leadership, managers, participants, teams.

, external benchmarking and expert point of view.

Create functional competency framework and establish foundations for leadership assessment, leadership program delivery Provide support in conducting in-depth ROI study of the leadership development programs and prepare a compelling pitch for steady uptake from business.

Manage the leadership development through appropriate interventions such as coaching, key training interventions, job rotations, shadowing, creation of individual development plans, development of career paths, training delivery in diverse behavioral areas, assessment of training impact etc Digital Platforms Study different platforms that are existing in the market for capability development/talent management and recommend the best for the organization.

Composite level understanding of all HRIS and ancillary system integrations to design best possible system frameworks and user interface.

Lease, consult and collaborate with different businesses, departments and key influencers for expectation mapping, and solution designing for digital initiatives.

Strategic Project Management planning and execution of global level system implementations, Lead the implementation and execution of identified digital platforms through multiple stakeholder engagement across businesses.

Continuously evaluate the system adoption and suggest incremental system enhancements for system maturity.

Effective risk management to foresee and mitigate any project risks through regular interaction with project sponsors and stakeholders.

Create awareness for the existing Learning Management System to enhance the usability of the platform and drive a digital culture.

Write and create SOPs with RACI framework for capability development platforms.

Provide system support and answers through Super Admin troubleshooting.

Provide guidance and support to the HR team on driving digital initiatives in their respective businesses.

Network with external industry groups, conferences on benchmarking of best practices in various platforms.

Author content and storyboard to create internal online modules for various processes through technical tools like Camtasia.

Evaluate e-learning content creators and lease with them on creating SCORM modules with guidance on storyboarding and course format treatment.

Process Design, SOPs and Budgets Write SOPs for the overall LC function spanning across LD Initiatives, Digital Platforms, Excellence Centre.

Lease with multiple stakeholders to streamline operational processes related to payments, budgeting and LD execution.

Track adherence and utilization of the functional budget and develop annual budgets.

Excellence Centre, Culture development Program Identify the need for training and study the gathered information to develop the required Development programs for the middle managers.

Analyze the data for group as well as for plant level and formulate training plans.

Manage cordial relations with consultancies and universities for providing training to the employees.

Build effective branding of the digital platforms and other E-learning modules both at business and group level.

Ensuring timely execution of the development programs both on LMS and outsourced.

Gather the feedback thereafter.

Evaluate the collected feedbacks for improvements and communicate the same to senior leadership through reports and presentations.

Design, develop and deliver culture transformation projects along with implementation of Leadership Development programs.

Mentor the Excellence Centre team on various induction processes; and design, plan and lead implementation for GET and MT induction.
