Support Mechanical Maintenance Pipe Plant Jhagadia Steel

As an Assistant Manager in Mechanical Maintenance for our Pipe Plant in Jhagadia, you will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical maintenance operations within the plant.

This includes ensuring that all machinery and equipment are maintained and functioning optimally, and that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established engineering standards and procedures.


Principal Accountabilities.

Oversee and manage all mechanical maintenance operations within the plant, ensuring that all machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.


Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.


Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults, diagnosing breakdown problems, and replacing parts as necessary.


Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing them with the necessary training and support.


Conduct risk assessments and ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to during maintenance operations.


Use computer-aided design/manufacturing (CAD/CAM.

software to improve efficiency.


Manage maintenance projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.


Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including team members, management, and external vendors.


Demonstrate ethical judgment in all decisions and actions.


Adapt to changing circumstances and challenges, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.


Ensure adherence to engineering standards and procedures in all maintenance activities.


Manage the plant effectively, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
