Roles & Responsibilities :
Specific Responsibilities include :
- Build, manage and maintain product life cycles & roadmaps
- Be the voice of the customer and the subject-matter expert for your group
- Develop and publish Product Requirements / Functional/ Non Functional
Requirement/Specifications :
- Work with Engineering, Design, and QA teams to drive product from initial concept through development and testing, and deliver a timely and quality release.
- Creating data and process workflows during the need.
- Well versed with Agile development and would be responsible for handling daily scrum meetings, customer walkthroughs of the features post completion of the Sprint, etc.
- Coordinating & conducting functional and technical grooming sessions with the team.
- Track and analyze testing results from all testing and identify required remediation and work with product teams to remediate.
- Experience in driving scrum calls & managing the JIRA/ADO Boards.
- Summarize weekly status in the form of status reports to the leadership and customers.
- Gather, prioritize, and communicate business, customer, and technical requirements into product backlogs.
- Clearly document product and service requirements for both engineering, and delivery teams to build new capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering and service delivery teams to prioritize development activities, make trade-offs, and plan actions.
Required Experience and Skills :
- Requires a minimum of 5-7 years of Product management experience.
- Strong Knowledge in Agile principles and process.
- Passionate about collaborative team delivery and working with team members of varied disciplines and skill-sets across multiple locations.
- Positive, high-energy, individual with the ability, self-confidence and flexibility to adapt well to changes. Meet challenges with resourcefulness.
- Situational fluency and an ability to switch gears effortlessly and fluidly while maintaining focus and forward momentum.
- Proactive communicator, able to ask the right questions, get to the point and get the right things done the right way.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Creative entrepreneur who finds ways to overcome roadblocks and get things done.
