Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic solution architect to join our presales team. This role demands a highly effective communicator with a strong passion for technology modernization.

As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate closely with customers, prospects, sales, and service delivery teams to craft and present compelling services and solution propositions based on a deep understanding of their pain points, objectives and priorities while defending against competitive solutions or products.

Leveraging your deep understanding of customer objectives and priorities, you will drive impactful engagements with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives across various functions, to deliver tangible business value.

Location - Chennai or Bangalore

Work Timings - 7am - 4pm Eastern Time (US EST Shift)

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with account teams, delivery teams, product engineering, and professional services executives to drive strategic opportunities with customers.

- Conduct discovery workshops to uncover customer needs, define business objectives, and address challenges.

- Develop and present comprehensive service responses and proposals, including scope, staffing plans, and roadmaps, to align with customer objectives.

- Ensure accurate and compelling customer deliverables, including scope of work statements while setting clear expectations.

- Establish credibility and build trust by working closely with customer architects, business, and technical stakeholders.

- Identify high-value use cases and integrated solution architectures to deliver measurable outcomes.

- Provide insights and guidance to steer customers toward optimal solutions.

- Lead strategic pre-sales engagements with complex customers, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Contribute to account strategies and sales initiatives that drive positive results in collaboration with the sales team.

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years in a solution consulting role within a services organization or technology company.

- Proficiency with backend technologies/frameworks - Java / Node.Js / Python

- Experience with client side technologies/frameworks - React.Js / Angular / React Native / Flutter

- Hands-on experience with NoSQL ( MongoDB) and relational (SQL/Oracle) databases.

- Expertise in designing scalable and highly available distributed systems.

- Experience with data and/or cloud platform migrations.

- Strong intellectual curiosity with the ability to learn and apply new technologies to solve complex business challenges.

- Exceptional ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven team player capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders under tight deadlines.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
