Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front-End Software Development Engineer (SDE-3) with expertise in React.js. In this senior role, you will lead efforts to modernize legacy web applications and develop new, high-performance web applications for large enterprise clients and growth-stage startups. You will play a key role in mission-critical projects, working closely with business stakeholders, and customer technical teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership and frontend system design expertise, with a proven track record of mentoring junior engineers and guiding the team in building scalable, high-performance web applications. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions that meet business goals and performance requirements..

Required Experience and Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in web application development, with at least 3+ years of recent hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js.

- Proven experience building high-performance, scalable web applications for enterprise-grade solutions or high-traffic consumer applications.

- Strong understanding of front-end architecture, component-based design, state management, and system performance optimization.

- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of modern front-end development practices and tools.

- Expertise in state management libraries such as Redux, React Context API, or similar.

- Hands-on experience with component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or other similar libraries, as well as Styled Components for styling modern, responsive UIs.

- Strong proficiency in working with RESTful APIs, integrating third-party libraries, and leveraging cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for web application development.

- Experience with front-end build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and Jest (or other testing frameworks) for testing.

- Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance tuning to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git, and familiar with CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience in writing and maintaining clear, detailed technical documentation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with alternative frontend frameworks like Angular or Vue.js, demonstrating adaptability to different technologies in building modern web applications.

- Familiarity with React Native or other cross-platform mobile frameworks for building mobile applications, complementing your expertise in React.js.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization for web applications.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
