UI lead - React.js/Next.js (10-12 yrs)

Mandatory Skills : Nextjs , React , JavaScript , TypeScript , HTML ,CSS

Note : Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering/Information Technology, or in a related technical field or equivalent technology experience.

- 10+ years of of software engineering experience, including solid understanding of standard data structures and algorithms

- Expert level knowledge of ReactJS ecosystem.

- Demonstrated experience in web application development for large enterprises

- Ability to design and architect Enterprise JavaScript applications using React.Js, Next.Js

- Experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Redux )

- Expertise in understanding of web markup (HTML5 and CSS3), JSX and templating

Technologies :

- Experience writing unit tests using JavaScript testing frameworks

- Proficient understanding of build tools and code version tools, such as Git

- Good understanding of browser rendering behaviour and performance

- Demonstrated understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX

- Ability to review specifications documents and provide technical inputs on successfully implementing business solutions

- Good understanding of browser development tools and performance optimization

- Understanding of Sonar and Code Quality Metrics

- Ability to work independently on tasks and lead a project to completion

- Self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and excellent communication and presentation skills
