Position Summary :

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Product Management to lead our product teams and drive the development and success of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Leadership :

- Define and execute the product strategy and vision in alignment with organizational goals.

- Own the customer product portfolio, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

- Oversee the creation and management of product roadmaps, ensuring prioritization of high-impact initiatives.

2. Team Development and Management :

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product team.

- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and ensure the professional development of team members.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Partner with engineering, design and customer teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.

- Act as a key point of contact for executive leadership, providing regular updates on product performance and strategy.

4. Market and Customer Focus :

- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings.

- Deeply understand customer needs and behaviors to guide product development.

- Drive customer-centric decision-making across the product lifecycle.

5. Execution and Performance Monitoring :

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of products that meet quality and budget expectations.

- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

Experience :

- 8-10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Proven success in managing complex product portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.

- Experience in scaling products and teams in fast-paced environments.

Skills :

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

- Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile,Lean, JIRA).
