Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary: The Technical Delivery Manager, with exceptional project estimation and

solution architecture capabilities, plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient project delivery.

This role involves the ability to rapidly calculate effort, costing, and delivery timelines,

design solution architectures, lead database-related tasks, keep up with the latest technologies

and Indian IT guidelines, create robust project development and implementation plans, and

leverage modern development management tools and DevOps practices. This professional

also possesses excellent communication skills and a track record of successful ERP

implementations, particularly in the government sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Estimation and Planning:

• Quickly and accurately calculate project effort, costing, and delivery timelines.
• Create detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations and

organizational goals.

• Develop project implementation and delivery strategies.

2. Solution Architecture:

• Design high-quality solution architectures for applications, ensuring

scalability, performance, and security.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure architecture compliance and best

practices.

• Stay updated on the latest technological trends and innovations.

3. Database Management:

• Possess hands-on experience in managing databases, ensuring data integrity,

and optimizing database performance.

• Develop and implement robust database solutions.

4. IT Guidelines and Regulations:

• Keep abreast of the latest IT guidelines and regulations in India, ensuring

project compliance.

• Advise teams on compliance requirements and best practices.

5. Project Development and Implementation:

• Create comprehensive project development and implementation plans,

including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

• Oversee the execution of development plans and ensure timely delivery.

6. Development Management Tools:

• Utilize the latest development management tools to streamline project

processes, collaboration, and tracking.

• Implement Agile or other methodologies as suitable.

7. DevOps and Automation:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of DevOps principles and implement

DevOps practices.

• Utilize relevant tools to automate processes and enhance project efficiency.

8. Communication and Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain open and effective communication with clients, government

stakeholders, and internal teams.

• Address project-related issues, provide regular updates, and resolve conflicts.

9. Government Client Experience ( Preferred ):

• Showcase a successful track record of working with government clients and

understanding their unique requirements and protocols.

10. ERP Expertise:

• Demonstrate successful involvement in 3-4 ERP implementations,

highlighting the ability to integrate, customize, and optimize ERP systems for

specific needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information

Technology).

• Extensive experience in project management, technical solution architecture, and

database management.

• In-depth knowledge of the latest IT guidelines and regulations in India.

• Proficiency in project estimation and management tools.

• Strong familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Track record of successful ERP implementations, especially in the government sector.
