Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with technical teams and end-users.
• Technical Solution Design: Design and implement technical solutions based on business needs, ensuring that requirements are met within project timelines.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze business data, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making. Ability to work with SQL and other reporting tools to extract and manipulate data.
• Process Optimization: Continuously identify and recommend process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring the successful implementation of business solutions.
• Documentation & Specifications: Prepare technical documentation, user stories, and specifications for development teams, ensuring clear and accurate understanding of business requirements.
• Testing & Validation: Assist in the development of test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate technical solutions.
• Project Management Support: Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and support the execution of the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on technical business analysis and solution design.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Certifications:
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• Agile/Scrum Certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist)
• Additional technical certifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, or others) will be a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong expertise in SQL and data analysis tools
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, use case development, and process modeling
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to create detailed technical documentation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
