Responsibilities :
- Owns end-to-end customer responsibilities (both during and after implementation) for a virtual assistant solution implementation involving multiple customers and products/solutions.
- Mentoring, coaching, and managing team efficiency on all customer projects, internal projects, and operational Needs.
- Managing all team projects with a proper escalation matrix.
- Acting as an escalation point and managing customer deliverables.
- Resource allocation, team utilization, team productivity responsibility.
- Train and cross-train team members with requisite skills to ensure maximum productivity.
- Bring in processes and tools to improve implementation efficiencies.
- Manages changes to project scope, and project schedule using appropriate verification techniques to
keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the
change management plan, and facilitate customer acceptance.
- Manage change execution from initiation to closure.
- Drive continuous automation and upgrade programs for customers.
- Develops communication plan develop the communication plan with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis
- Well-versed in communication with US customers, demonstrating strong interpersonal and professional interaction skills.
- Responsible for working with customer stakeholders to define scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget estimates, and timing.
- Drive resolution to key decisions and actions needed.
- Manage Change Requests that arise during the implementation.
- Steer our customers towards standard solution setups leveraging Virtual assistant, and AI best practices; clearly understand the need for customizations and the proposed solutions.
- Exposure to product implementation.
- Researches and recommends opportunities to adopt new technologies. Analyzes the impact of
implementing new technologies into the IT infrastructure.
- Proactively researches IT enterprise architecture best practices and methodologies and determines relevance to the Visitant IT and business organizations.
Requirements :
- Good track record of delivery of the Software Product/Platform/Application.
- Working experience in any cloud environment, preferably (AWS).
- Working experience in configuration management and build/release planning and management
- Ability to learn quickly and stay current with new technologies.
- Proven ability to collaborate broadly with a flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results.
- Should be well versed in agile methodologies
- Should have 10 - 15 years of industry experience.
- Exposure to debugging and resolving production issues.
- Good knowledge of APIs and application integrations.
- Experience with Javascript-related technologies like NodeJS.
- Having participated in product building or having work experience in a startup company is of added
advantage.
