JOB DESCRIPTION:
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Payroll & Benefits: Manage payroll and benefits for employees to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
Policy Development: Design and implement HR policies that support the companys strategic goals.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, working with department heads to set performance goals and expectations.
Employee Development: Guide performance improvement plans and career development opportunities for employees.
Employee Relations: Address and manage employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
Engagement Activities: Organize and manage employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
Compliance: Ensure legal and statutory compliances, including labor laws, and coordinate with labor consultants.
Legislation Knowledge: Stay updated with labor legislation, particularly regarding employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance.
HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Reporting: Generate reports for management to aid in decision-making.
