Work Life Balance, Work culture, Learning these all are good. Additionally if you are in Java Department then its heaven for you.

Dislikes

Management is too slow to give responses. Never approves WFH requests if you're not in Java department. No extra activities are there. No welcome kit, or welcome bonus + you'll not have any I'd card and many more. Average Salaries offered. Politics is there but not in Java Department. Management doesn't think about welfare of employees but only focuses on work.

That the owner is not taking the responsibility of their employees by themselves and giving it to some poor rated employees who are even being responsible for the appraisal process and that is the worst thing ever I've been through.
