Job Description
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and affluent customers.
- Act as a single point of contact for all banking and financial service needs related to current accounts, trade finance, and forex.
- Business Development:
- Drive acquisition of affluent current accounts and deepen existing client relationships by cross-selling products such as trade finance, cash management services, and forex solutions.
- Identify opportunities to acquire new customers through referrals, networking, and strategic initiatives.
- Product Sales & Advisory:
- Provide expert advice on trade finance products (letters of credit, bank guarantees, etc.) and forex services (currency hedging, remittances, etc.).
- Educate customers on Kotak Mahindra Banks current account offerings, transaction banking products, and value-added services.
- Revenue Generation:
- Achieve targets for profitability through fee income, product sales, and enhanced wallet share of existing customers.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure the bank’s revenue objectives are met.
- Market and Regulatory Knowledge:
- Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and competition in trade finance and forex domains.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, RBI guidelines, and anti-money laundering norms.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (trade desk, forex desk, operations, and compliance) to deliver seamless banking services to clients.
- Support credit and risk teams in evaluating trade and forex proposals.
