Job Description
- Drive acquisition of high-value Current Account relationships, focusing on businesses and SME clients.
- Promote Trade and Forex products, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Export/Import financing, and remittances.
- Identify and tap into new business opportunities, including cross-selling other banking products like loans and cash management services.
- Monitor market trends and competition to develop effective strategies.
- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers and Business Development Executives.
- Set clear performance targets and ensure consistent monitoring and feedback.
- Conduct regular training to improve team knowledge of Current Account and TFX products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and trade partners.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Ensure adherence to KYC/AML guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor trade transactions to mitigate risks of fraud and non-compliance.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard the banks interests in all transactions.
- Track and analyze area performance against financial targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present periodic business reports to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to improve strategies and operational efficiency.
