Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven HR Head to lead and manage the Human Resources function. The HR Head will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's HR strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, fostering employee engagement, and creating a high-performance work culture. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in recruitment, particularly in the tech industry, as well as comprehensive knowledge of HR functions to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational growth.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier technical and product talent.
- Onboarding & Integration: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Design initiatives to improve employee engagement and reduce turnover.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to align individual goals with company objectives.
- Learning & Development: Lead employee development programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure HR practices comply with all labour laws and regulations.
- Organizational Development & Culture: Foster a collaborative and high-performance organizational culture.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and data to optimize HR processes and report to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 8-15 years of experience in HR, with 3-5 years in a senior HR role.
- Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to scale HR processes effectively.
- Proven experience in recruiting technical talent and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Familiarity with HRMS, ATS and Microsoft Office Suite. HR analytics experience a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and experience working with senior management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creating and promoting an employer brand to attract top talent.
- Ability to manage and lead organizational change, particularly in a fast-paced, scaling company.
- Advanced skills in data-driven decision-making using HR analytics tools.
- Experience managing HR functions across multiple locations or countries, including knowledge of international labour laws.
