Executive / Sr. Brand Executive

We are seeking a driven and creative marketing professional to join our team as an Executive / Sr. Brand Executive. In this role, you will contribute to building a strong, cohesive brand presence and enhancing brand awareness. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, youll help shape our brand identity and communicate it effectively to our target audiences. Role & responsibilities

• Brand Strategy: Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights to develop effective marketing strategies aligned with our vision and mission.
• Campaign Development: Lead creative development and execute innovative marketing campaigns that engage and inspire action among target audiences.
• Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Performance Management: Measure and report on campaign performance using KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand communication across all touchpoints.
• Marketing Activities: Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising efforts, including product distribution and consumer feedback.
• Strategic Alignment: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align the company around the brands goals and tactics.
• Innovation: Devise and implement innovative growth strategies to expand brand reach and resonance.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in marketing, branding, or related fields.
2. Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3. Industry Background: Prior experience in an agency or with agency-related projects (MUST).
4. Strong knowledge of marketing, PR, and branding activities.
5. Analytical mindset paired with a creative flair.
6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
7. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and marketing best practices.
8. A proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
