Warehouse Manager - Pan India

• To overseeing and managing all operations related to the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within the organization.
• To ensures optimal stock levels, maintains accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies Ensure proper labeling and organization of goods within the storage areas.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries. Verify the quality and quantity of incoming shipments against purchase orders Use inventory management software to track and monitor stock levels.
• Generate regular reports on inventory performance and operational efficiency Implement best practices for storage layout to optimize space and productivity and Implement procedures to safeguard stock against theft or damage
• Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulaƟons and Identify trends or areas for improvement and suggest corrective measures

Required Skills

• Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and tools (e.g., SAP systems).
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Any Bachelor Degree with relevant experience
