*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a skilled *Warehouse Manager* with experience in Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands to oversee our warehouse operations and logistics. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart fulfillment processes, as well as website logistics management. The candidate should also be adept at creating daily reports and forecasting stock and sales requirements.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Warehouse Operations Management:*
- Plan, organize, and oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
2. *Inventory and Stock Management:*
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams for replenishment.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize errors and losses.
- Prepare and update daily stock reports to ensure accuracy and transparency.
3. *Fulfillment and Logistics:*
- Manage Amazon and Flipkart fulfillment processes, ensuring compliance with their guidelines.
- Oversee the logistics for website orders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and courier services.
4. *Data Reporting and Forecasting:*
- Generate and analyze daily sales reports to track performance.
- Forecast stock and sales requirements to ensure optimal inventory levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Use Excel to track key metrics and produce detailed reports for management.
5. *Team Leadership:*
- Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance, fostering a productive and motivated team environment.
6. *Process Optimization:*
- Identify and implement improvements in warehouse workflows and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Warehouse Manager, preferably with a D2C brand.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart fulfillment processes and website logistics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Experience in preparing stock and sales reports, as well as forecasting inventory needs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
