Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end to end B2B insight sales conversion of pre-generated leads across multiple continents including, Europe, APAC & US.
• Achieving the month-on-month revenue targets as defined in the KRA.
• Ensuring proper coordination with Wantstats Research & Media Pvt Ltd existing business partners.
• Exceptional selling skills with an entrepreneurial thinking should be ready to take ownership of the entire sales process.
• A self-driven, self-motivated true team player, an independent decision maker
• Ensuring proper co-ordination with the accounts team at regular intervals.
• Strategize to build and acquire clients across multiple industries for research and consulting services.
• Should possess the required business acumen to understand the importance of customer relationship management.
• Maximize revenues from the existing key accounts through up-selling, cross-selling and should nurture the old accounts.
• Responsible for account handling and their requirement handling for all the content.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
• Manage clients independently, make important decisions about sales approach and network development while also leveraging the strengths of the Market Research Future team to deliver the high-quality, high-impact work.
• Lead the sales team with closure and development of key new accounts.
• Consolidating and overlooking the requirements of the clients.
• Updating & Maintaining CRM discipline.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors / Masters in marketing, business or equivalent
• Candidates with Inside B2B sales closure experience is must for Global market.
• Ed-Tech / IT Sales experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Solid knowledge of Sales management and b2b sales pipeline management
• Self-starter able to take the initiative and uncover new revenue opportunities and ability to solve any problem/challenges that arise.
• Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment
