Procurement Process and Analytics Lead - Navi Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

• Systems Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of procurement systems and SAP systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Procurement Process Improvement & Strategy: Develop, implement and enhance procurement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with company policies. Build procurement strategy and support in development of proposals, cost estimates and should cost analysis.
• Procurement Controls, Validations and Checks: Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of procurement activities.
• Business Analytics: Analyze procurement data (SAP & Non SAP) to provide insights and support decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, production, and quality control, to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.

Key Technical skills and qualification

• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software like excel / Power BI SAP SAC etc.
• Excellent understanding of procurement systems and processes.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management, MBA, etc or a related field
• Experience - 4 years plus
• Should have excellent Excel/ Power BI skills for data analysis
• Job location - Ghansoli ( Navi Mumbai)
