Procurement Process and Analytics Lead - Navi Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Systems Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of procurement systems and SAP systems to ensure seamless operations.
• Procurement Process Improvement & Strategy: Develop, implement and enhance procurement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with company policies. Build procurement strategy and support in development of proposals, cost estimates and should cost analysis.
• Procurement Controls, Validations and Checks: Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of procurement activities.
• Business Analytics: Analyze procurement data(SAP & Non SAP) to provide insights and support decision-making.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, production, and quality control, to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all procurement activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Good experience in Procurement Analytics

Must have experience in manufacturing industry
